Mortgage Loans & Re-Fi's

When you finance (or re-finance) your home, the mortgage loan company may require the following: 


  1. Clarification on whether Timberline Ridge HOA dues are subordinate to mortgage liens. 
  2. A copy of the master insurance policy and/or contact information for the HOA's insurance agent.
  3. Dues amount:  The 2024 dues for Timberline Ridge HOA are $800 per household. Please contact treasurer@timberlineridge.org to determine if a household's dues have been paid. 
  4. Clarification of whether Timberline Ridge HOA has been turned over from the developer to the homeowners... it has.
  5. If the HOA has a management company... it does not.
