Why is my check mailed to California?
To streamline the collection of paper checks, Timberline Ridge HOA will be using PAYHOA's lockbox service where homeowners can mail their checks. PayHOA collects and deposits the checks and credits the payment to the homeowner's account. This new service will be a big time saver for our HOA volunteers.
Is PAYHOA Safe?
Payments made through PayHOA are Level 1 PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant. This is the highest and most stringent standard level for organizations that handle credit card information.
